Latest Update: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has issued an important notice regarding the cancellation and rescheduling of the Skill Test / Typing Test for the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination (Tier-II), 2025.
If you appeared for the Tier-II Skill Test on April 10th, here is everything you need to know about the latest changes.
Why was the Skill Test Cancelled?
According to the official notice, several instances of technical glitches were reported during the conduct of the Skill Test / Typing Test in Shift-II on 10th April 2026. Due to these technical issues, the Commission has decided to completely cancel the test conducted during this specific shift.
New Rescheduled Exam Date
The SSC has swiftly provided a new schedule for the affected candidates.
- Old Exam Date: 10th April 2026 (Shift-II Only)
- New Rescheduled Date: 22nd April 2026
When Will the New Admit Cards be Released?
Candidates scheduled for the re-examination will need to download a fresh admit card.
- Admit Card Release Date: The tentative date for uploading the new admit cards is 17th April 2026.
- Who gets an Admit Card: Please note that only the candidates who actually attended Shift-II on the 10th of April will be scheduled for this re-examination on the 22nd of April.
What About Exempted Candidates?
If you were officially exempted from taking the Skill Test / Typing Test conducted on 10.04.2026 (Shift-II), you do not need to worry. The SSC has clarified that you will continue to remain exempted from the re-test being conducted on 22.04.2026.
