The Final Countdown: How Many Days Left?

If you are reading this right now, the clock is ticking loudly. With the first shift kicking off on April 27th, we are officially in the final stretch.

Time Remaining Until the First Exam Shift:

Exactly 15 Days! (As of April 12)

This means you are two weeks away from the biggest test of your career. This is not the time to start learning new, complex mathematical formulas. This is the time to consolidate what you know.

How to Utilize These Final 15 Days

If you want to maximize your score in this final countdown phase, your daily routine needs to be ruthless and focused:

  • Stop the Syllabus Grind: Shift 80% of your study time to revision and 20% to practice. You should be going over your short notes, especially for General Knowledge and current affairs from the last six months.
  • Daily Mock Tests: Take at least one full-length (80 questions, 60 minutes) mock test every single day. Take it at the exact time you expect your real exam shift to be.
  • Master the Negative Marking: Remember the golden rule for 2026: 0.25 marks are deducted for every wrong answer. Use these final mock tests to practice your "skip strategy." Only attempt questions where you are absolutely certain or can eliminate two options.
  • Analyze Your Mistakes: Taking a mock test takes 1 hour. Analyzing it should take 2 hours. Find out exactly why you got a question wrong. Was it a calculation error? A forgotten formula? Or a blind guess? Fix the root cause.

The dates are set. The preference window is open. Your final countdown has begun. Put your head down, trust your preparation, and get ready to secure your uniform!
